Ultrasound Technologist OBGYN - PRN

Saint Luke's Women's Health Plaza is looking for an experienced, caring, patient-centered Ultrasound Technologist to join our team!
This PRN position will support Women's Health Plaza as well as two other Saint Luke's OBGYN clinics within the Kansas City metro area.


- Monday - Friday; 8am-430pm
- No Nights, No Weekends
- Previous experience performing OBGYN scans including anatomy scans required.


The Opportunity:

• Performing a variety of diagnostic OB/GYN ultrasounds, including assisting physicians with ultrasound guided procedures

• Ensuring quality and accuracy of images for interpretation by a Radiologist or OBGYN physician (Varies by clinic)

• Completing worksheets and maintaining proper documentation for each study performed

• Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients

• Scheduling and coordinating tests as needed



Qualifications:

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) - Required

• Graduates 2017 or later must also have Associate's degree

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Associate or American Red Cross required

• Minimum 1 year experience in OB/Gyn ultrasound

• Reliable, adaptable, and professional

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable working independently
