If that's you, you belong on our team.We're hiring experienced, big-hearted caregivers across the Greater San Diego area to supportclients living with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's in the comfort of their ownhomes.A Day in the LifeNo two days are the same, but here's what you can expect:- Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene- Supporting safe mobility and transfers, plus gentle redirection for memory care clients- Cooking meals and lending a hand at mealtimes- Light housekeeping, errands, groceries, and prescription pick-ups- Getting clients to appointments and out into the community- Watching for changes in wellbeing and keeping the care team in the loop- Being the steady, familiar face that makes someone's day feel safeWhat You Bring- Hands-on caregiving experience — memory care or neurodegenerative experience is abig plus- Patience, reliability, and a heart for this work- The ability to communicate clearly and kindly with clients, families, and coworkers- Comfort following individualized care plans and adjusting as needs shift- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation- Ability to pass a background check and provide a current TB testExtra credit for:- Safe transfer techniques- Memory care best practices- Sharp observation and creative problem-solvingWhat's In It for You Competitive Pay — $18–$23/hour, based on your experience Schedule Freedom —choose shifts that work with your life Paid Orientation & Training — we invest in you fromday one 401(k) — build your future while you care for others Never on Your Own — asupportive team behind you every shift Work Near Home — clients throughout San Diegomeans shorter commutesLet's TalkApply today. Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
