Job Description

Dependable Hospice in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations in the Tucson service area. This full-time, in-office and field-based role combines leadership with hands-on clinical oversight for CMS compliance and documentation.

Ideal candidates have an Arizona RN license, hospice experience, and strong organizational skills. Fluency in English/Spanish is preferred. Travel to local sites will be required as part of field-based support.
