Location: 801 Broadway N, Fargo, ND 58102, USA
Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• At least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the job location.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized care to patients. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to establish, implement, and evaluate care plans. The RN will demonstrate competency in nursing practice, embracing a full understanding of age and population-specific standards in the clinical setting. Responsibilities include:
• Patient assessment and individualized care planning.
• Patient education and support throughout their care journey.
• Coordination of care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Triage and various clinical interventions as necessary.
All responsibilities must be carried out within the Nursing Practice Act and administrative rules relevant to the nursing role.
Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing, or possess multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
