TLC Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Sonora, CA. Weekly pay ranges from $2,441 to $2,516, with rotating 5 x 8 shifts. The Physical Therapist will assess residents’ mobility, strength, balance, and activities of daily living; develop individualized rehabilitation plans; provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and gait training; coordinate with nursing and therapy staff; support discharge planning; document progress in the EHR; and educate residents and caregivers on safety and home exercise programs. Candidates should have a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree from an accredited program, be licensed or eligible for licensure in the facility’s state, hold CPR/BLS certification, and have experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar rehabilitation settings.
