Travel Registered Nurse - Hospice Care

Responsibilities

• Manage pain and symptom control through medication administration and nursing interventions.
• Comfort patients and families by providing education on disease processes and end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in EMR systems.
• Respond promptly to patient and family needs, demonstrating empathy and support.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory practices in hospice settings.
• Adapt swiftly to new healthcare environments as a travel RN, showcasing professionalism and dedication.
