Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in hospice care, providing compassionate end-of-life support in patients' homes or hospice settings.

Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer pain management, educate families, monitor patient condition, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, offer emotional support, and perform routine duties within scope of practice.

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of one year recent RN experience, including six months in hospice, valid RN license, BLS certification, critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to handle equipment, and ability to work under pressure. Must possess visual acuity and interpersonal skills.
