$1,868/week (Non-Taxable) + $864/week (Taxable on W2)

Hourly Rate- $24/hr

OT Rate-$72/hr

Blended Rate-$75.89/hr

Job Requirement:

2 years of experience

BLS, PALS, APHON, AZ license required

Covid vaccination not required.
