Job Description:Under general supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. Required Qualifications:
Minimum 01-year recent experience required.Step down and ONS/ONCC required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
License, Certification, Registration
Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.ACLS (American Heart Association).Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).
