The Radiation Therapist applies ionizing radiation to thepatient in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the RadiationOncologist. The Radiation Therapist isresponsible for helping in the efficient operation of the radiation departmentand ensuring safe patient care.

Minimum Requirements:
• Current Licensure as a Radiation Therapist, as required bystate regulations or contract specification
• One (1) year of experience as a Radiation Therapistpreferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
