This on-site radiation therapist opportunity supports neuro, vascular, and radiology procedures in a three-room procedural laboratory, with approximately 10–15 cases per day. Radiation Therapist Job Details
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,710–$2,920
• Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital-based, on-site interventional radiology procedural laboratory
• Start Date: October 19, 2026
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday; either 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
• On-Call Coverage: Evening and weekend call one day per week, plus every fourth weekend; holiday call coverage may be required
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
Interventional Radiology Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of specialty experience in interventional radiology, vascular, neuro, or a closely related procedural setting
• Current ARRT credential in Vascular Interventional (VI) or Cardiac Interventional (CI)
• Ability to participate in scheduled evening, weekend, and potential holiday call coverage
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hospital-based multidisciplinary procedural environment
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is preferred
Radiation Therapist Responsibilities
• Support neuro, vascular, and radiology procedures in a multidisciplinary interventional radiology laboratory
• Work in one of three procedural rooms as part of a two-technologist team
• Rotate between circulating and scrubbing responsibilities while assisting physicians and other providers
• Help facilitate approximately 10–15 procedures per day with a focus on radiation safety, procedural efficiency, and quality patient care
• Prepare and maintain the procedural environment, equipment, and supplies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technologists, and other members of the healthcare team throughout each procedure
• Provide on-call support during assigned evening, weekend, and holiday coverage periods
