Job Details
• Position: Radiation Therapist
• Education required: Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience required: Minimum 1+ years of continuous clinical experience
• Role involves operation and troubleshooting of radiation therapy equipment and software including ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, Eclipse
• Must maintain effective professional relationships with physicians, management, peers, patients, and families
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information required

Job Requirements
• Radiation Therapist State License (Massachusetts) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-T) certification preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with Radiation Oncology Information Systems and Hospital Information Systems
• Must have continuous clinical experience of at least 1 year

Schedule Information
• Shift: 07:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Additional Details
• MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding (color photo, recent, plain background)
• Fit Test (N95) required within 365 days of start date and updated annually
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required
• TB Test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if break >6 months
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Criminal Background Check required within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Massachusetts CORI background check required within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
• Two references within 4 years required for submission
• MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
• MGB Education Verification required for onboarding
• MGB SSN Trace required with criminal check
• MGB National Sex Offender Check required within 30 days of start and updated annually
• MGB Exclusion Checks required within 30 days of start and annually
