Travel Radiation Therapist

Uniti Med is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a travel job in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Job Description and Requirements

Assignment Details:

• $2,591–$2,686/week gross
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 13-week contract
• ASAP start
• No weekends
• No call
• No floating

The department treats approximately 15–25 patients per day with two therapists assigned to each machine. Patient populations include oncology and osteoarthritis patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering prescribed radiation therapy treatments
• Performing SBRT, IMRT and standard radiation therapy
• Assisting with breath-hold treatments
• Operating Trilogy and/or TrueBeam equipment
• Maintaining accurate treatment records and operational reports
• Providing safe, high-quality care based on each patient’s treatment plan

Requirements:

• Associate degree
• Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy, ARRT(T)
• Active Louisiana LSRTBE radiation therapy license
• Active AHA BLS certification
• Experience operating Trilogy and/or TrueBeam equipment
