Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health Physical TherapistAssistant
that would be interested in a 13 Week, full-time contract opportunity in
Mount Vernon, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health

Location: Marion, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $37/hr

Total Travel Package: $1,696.00/week

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*


- Taxable Wages = $720.00/week
- Weekly Housing Allowance = $500.00/week
- Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week




Estimated Weekly Take Homeafter taxes= $1,516.00/ week

Schedule:


- 40 hours per week guareenteed
- 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- mileage reimbursement for all visits
- Coverage Areas: Clinton, Marion, Washington, Jefferson Hamilton counties


Duration:

- 13 weeks (extension likely)


Requirements:


- 2+ year of experience as Physical Therapist Assistant
- Limited to no requested time off
- IL PTA License
- home health experience preferred
- oasis experience preferred
- HCHB experience preferred
- ASAP Start
