Job Summary:



Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in a healthcare organization located within a healthcare facility. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services based on established clinical guidelines and protocols. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule with a standard workweek, supporting ongoing patient care and rehabilitation.



Job Details:






- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.


- Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, ability to work weekday daytime hours, and at least 1 year of professional experience in outpatient settings.


- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient rehabilitation therapies and familiarity with electronic health records.


- Float: Float rotation may be required.


- Additional Information: The position involves delivering outpatient physical therapy services, developing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress in compliance with clinical standards.
