You will have the opportunity to truly get to know your patients and become an integral part of their care team. Your average visit is 45 minutes, allowing you to provide meaningful therapy. You will be provided with broad independence while also being part of a cohesive patient-care team. A work/life balance that matches your flexibility needs is available. You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients, coordinating and communicating treatment activities with interdisciplinary team members and the patients. You will evaluate the patient's need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan. You will document evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives. You will teach patients and family members the rationale for treatments and procedures.
