Minimum Requirements


- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 4 years experience in Pelvic Health required
- Pelvic Health Certification Required
- Current CPR Certification
- Outpatient experience required

- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours per week
