Job Summary

Outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Health at a healthcare facility. This role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients toward optimal functional outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient setting with the flexibility of floating to a secondary clinic.

Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directions. Responsible for delegation and direction of therapy services and designing functional treatment programs.

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Pelvic Health Specialty certification.

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning to create effective treatment goals, ensures accurate documentation, and adheres to all regulatory and organizational guidelines. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates organizational commitment to safety and quality improvement.
