This role focuses on ensuring safe and accurate radiation therapy through quality assurance, treatment planning review, and protocol optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-specific treatment plans. Responsibilities include performing dosimetry calculations, leading QA checks, supporting new therapy device testing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A Master's or PhD in Medical Physics and board certification are required. Experience in clinical radiation oncology physics is preferred.
