Job Summary: Under general supervision, the RN Oncology Infusion Clinic provides nursing care to a diverse patient population with health conditions ranging from simple to complex. This role involves administering chemotherapy and other medications, monitoring patient responses, educating patients and families, and coordinating follow-up care. The RN will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
• Basic computer skills.

Required Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing from a Board Approved Program.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.
