Registered Nurse (RN) | Oncology
Role Overview: Provides specialized nursing care to oncology patients, ensuring quality treatment and patient safety. Responsible for patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring responses, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive oncology nursing care in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
Qualifications & Skills
• Valid RN license.
• Experience in oncology nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and patient needs.
