Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit


- Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families
- Manage patient ratios of 2:1, with variance based on acuity and staffing
- Operate and manage equipment such as ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000
- Perform procedures including insertion of central lines and arterial lines




Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit


- Active RN license
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- ICU experience
