Job Summary:

Infusion Nurse Location TBD. This position involves providing specialized infusion and oncology care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The nurse will be responsible for administering chemotherapy, managing infusion therapies, and coordinating patient care according to established protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week

• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification, two or more years of nursing experience, experience with chemotherapy administration, infusion therapy, and preferably BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) experience

• Preferred Qualifications: Oncology and chemotherapy administration expertise, BMT experience recommended

• Additional Information: Float requirement is not applicable to this position. The role involves working primarily on infusion units, with responsibilities including medication preparation, patient assessment, and adherence to facility protocols. Staffing may include working on various units such as medical-surgical floors if needed, though floating is very rare.
