Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice

Role & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive hospice nursing care, assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality end-of-life care.

Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license, certification in hospice or palliative care preferred, strong clinical assessment skills, compassionate bedside manner, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, educate patients and families, document care activities accurately, and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

Additional Details: This is a long-term travel position based in Aldie, VA, with day shifts (5x8 hours). The role requires dedication to providing compassionate hospice services and working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
