Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Radiologic Technologist Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year 6 months in Nuclear Medicine License: Required Certifications: - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Must-Have: - Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification - 1 year 6 months of experience Description: Start date: ASAP This is a temporary position. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates are expected to complete a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. This role involves performing specialized imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals. The technologist will be responsible for preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams are essential. Adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards in nuclear medicine is required. The technologist will also be involved in maintaining equipment and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area.
