Job Title: Travel Oncology Social Worker (LCSW-C)

Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract: 13 Weeks
Pay: $2,320.00/week

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Oncology Social Worker (LCSW-C) to provide psychosocial support, care coordination, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and counseling for oncology patients and their families in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active Maryland LCSW-C license (or equivalent out-of-state advanced clinical license eligible for Maryland licensure)
• Recent hospital social work experience (Oncology strongly preferred)
• Palliative Care or Hospice experience considered
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Experience with biopsychosocial assessments, discharge planning, crisis counseling, advance care planning, and community resource coordination
• Comfortable working with terminally ill patients, grief, and end-of-life care
• Telehealth experience preferred
