Job Requirements

- Active RN license in Oklahoma or a compact state license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Travel nursing experience required
- Community hospital experience required
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS, and ISTAT certifications required
- Ability to care for patients with ratios of 1:2 to 1:3
- Meditech experience preferred
- Strong compliance readiness for submission


Responsibilities

- Provide safe, high-quality critical care nursing to adolescent and adult ICU patients

- Monitor and manage complex conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, COPD, arrhythmias, and multisystem organ failure

- Perform ICU interventions including arterial line care, central line management, blood product administration, ventilator support, and vasoactive drip titration

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate efficient, patient-centered care

- Support infection prevention, emergency response, and patient safety practices

- Maintain accurate documentation and adapt to changing patient needs in a dynamic hospital nursing setting
