Schedule: 5x8s | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Merrifield, VA Territory

Requirements:
• Active RN license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Hospice experience required
• BLS required
• Geriatric experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Details:
• 5–7 patients per day
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.58/mile
• Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
• No on-call
• Netsmart charting
• Scrubs: Any color
• First-time travelers not accepted
