Dosimetrist - Radiation Oncology

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and calculate radiation treatment plans for oncology patients in a critical access hospital setting
• Operate and utilize Varian Halcyon, Philips CT, Aria, and Eclipse systems to support treatment planning workflows
• Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of patient care
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 10-12 patients per day
Required Qualifications
• Certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) required
• Proficiency with Varian Halcyon linear accelerator and Eclipse treatment planning system
• Experience with Aria oncology information system
• Ability to work independently in a smaller, critical access hospital environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting
• Familiarity with Philips CT simulation equipment
• Experience managing moderate daily patient volumes efficiently
