Tile Studio Production Worker



Job Summary:

A production facility depends on the workers keeping a solid pace in their work duties and therefore must be dependable and reliable in their attendance at work as well as staying focused on completing the projects.



Required Skills/Abilities:


- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Feed raw material into production machine
- Assemble products on production lines.
- Carry out basic quality checks.
- Pack product to be shipped.
- Must be able to work around water.
- Maintain clean work area.
- Safe Workplace: Practice safety around equipment/machinery. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following IWT prescribed work methods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work standing for extended periods of time as well as reach, bend and stretch.
- Ability to work well with management, peers, and subordinates.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
- Represent the cores values and policies of the company.




Education and Experience:


- High school diploma or equivalent or 2 years experience in related field of expertise.

Schedule:


- 8-hour shifts – ½ hour unpaid lunch break
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm




Hourly Rate:


- $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
