LumaDent is looking for a motivated, outgoing Dental Sales Representative to join our growing team in the San Diego market. This is a
1099 independent contractor position for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and helping dental professionals discover innovative ergonomic solutions.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain relationships with dentists, hygienists, specialists, and dental practices.
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts throughout the San Diego territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations.
- Educate dental professionals on LumaDent loupes, headlights, and ergonomic products.
- Follow up with leads and customers throughout the sales process.
- Visit dental offices and attend dental events as needed.
- Maintain customer information, sales activity, and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Represent the LumaDent brand professionally.


What We're Looking For

- Previous dental sales, medical sales, B2B sales, or dental industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident presenting products and speaking with dental professionals.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Strong sales, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to travel throughout the San Diego area.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor Base + Commission


- First 2 Months: Guaranteed base compensation plus commission.
- After 2 Months: Transition to commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential based on sales performance.


As a 1099 independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own applicable taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
