Job Description
Role:- Technical Business Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)
Requirements:
- 11+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Strong Business Analysis expertise, preferably within Banking & Financial Services
- Techno-functional experience with enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Open Systems architecture
- Working knowledge of Java and Cloud technologies
- Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, user stories, testing support, and stakeholder management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process optimization
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive solution delivery
- Support testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
Preferred Certifications:
- CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification
- Java, Cloud, or Enterprise Platform certifications
Top 3 Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis expertise (Banking & Finance preferred)
