Position Summary

Solutions Driven is placing a Talent Partner/Recruiter fully onsite with a global distributor of high value-add components to Industrial markets, based in Irvine, CA. You'll own the full cycle for hourly to mid-level salaried employees - specs, adverts, sourcing, screening, and personal interviews, then working hand in hand with hiring managers and HR through selection, offers, referencing, contracts and onboarding.

- Agency background is a great experience to have; onsite “talent partner” experience is a bonus.
- Clever, well-organized, articulate, and genuinely customer-centric.
- Someone who can juggle several open roles at once without dropping a single one.






You'll be the client's primary point of contact for your roles, backed by Solutions Driven's team and tools, with a clear delivery and client satisfaction mandate.





Key Responsibilities


- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly to mid-level salaried roles onsite, from initial specs through to onboarding.
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, must-haves, and timelines.
- Write and place job adverts, and proactively source candidates through job boards, local networks, and direct outreach specific to the Irvine, CA labor market.
- Screen applicants and conduct personal interviews to assess fit before progressing candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support hiring managers and HR throughout interviewing, selection, offering, referencing, and onboarding.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to hiring managers and candidates at each stage.
- Oversee pre-employment checks and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Support new hire onboarding and integration into the client's operation.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time to fill, offer acceptance rate, candidate experience).
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for all recruitment matters.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to stay ahead of ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Advise on local labor market trends and talent availability in the Irvine, CA area.






Requirements


- Graduate (bachelor's degree) with two or more years of recruitment experience hiring hourly to mid-level salaried employees in the Irvine, CA area.
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience: specs to adverts and sourcing, through screening and personal interviews, to offer and onboarding.
- Agency recruitment experience is fine; prior experience working onsite with a client is a strong plus.
- Clever and quick-thinking, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities at once.
- Well-organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Articulate, confident communicator able to represent the client's brand to candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Customer-centric approach to both hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Comfortable working independently onsite while staying connected to the wider Solutions Driven team.
- English fluency required.
