Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.50 - $53.25 / hour

As a Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse, your contributions to patient care are not only recognized but also valued at every level. Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient conditions upon admission and each shift, promptly addressing and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform medical procedures and monitoring as directed by physicians, with comprehensive documentation of care provided in the patient’s medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses, taking appropriate action for adverse reactions.
• Deliver exceptional patient care by responding promptly to requests and proactively anticipating patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and aftercare, ensuring understanding through effective communication.
Qualifications:
• BLS certification.
• Active RN License.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• 6 to 12 months of experience in acute medical/surgical settings preferred; related RN experience of at least 6 months will be considered.
