To support GMR Clinical Practices and quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote State Licensed Associate Chief Medical Officer will manage clinical education, oversee performance monitoring, and implement practice guidelines while collaborating with regional and specialty leadership teams. Key responsibilities Provide leadership and expertise to clinical practitioners delivering emergency and non-emergency care across various settings Coordinate the development and implementation of practice guidelines, educational programs, and quality improvement initiatives Support patient safety initiatives and maintain compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements Required qualifications Licensed physician board certified in an appropriate specialty; EMS board certification preferred Minimum 10 years' experience in an EMS system as a Medical Director Strong EMS background with experience in benchmarking, outcomes measurement, and quality tool development Working knowledge of accreditation standards and processes Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategic objectives effectively
