Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is seeking an ABR-certified (or board-eligible) Therapeutic Medical Physicist to join our growing Radiation Oncology Department. Position Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive clinical physics support

• Perform IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, and SRS quality assurance

• Support treatment planning and complex case review

• Participate in machine commissioning and acceptance testing

• Assist with technology implementation projects

• Support radiation safety and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate closely with physicians, dosimetrists, therapists, and IT

• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives

• Contribute to protocol development and standardization

Qualifications

• Required
• PhD, MS, or equivalent in Medical Physics or related field

• Completion of a CAMPEP-accredited residency

• ABR certification (or board eligible)

• Eligibility for Texas Medical Physicist Licensure

• Preferred
• Experience with Varian TrueBeam platforms

• Eclipse and ARIA experience

• Experience with stereotactic treatments

• Interest in quality improvement, automation, and workflow optimization
