Sales Specialists directly support the Sales and Business Development (BD) organization by assisting with the development of technical requirements for small to mid-sized pursuits and providing formal responses to U.S. Government Requests for Quotation (RFQs).The successful candidate will effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage opportunities through the pre-sale process to rochesooking. Contributions in this role are crucial to meeting AOP objectives and delivering essential equipment to the warfighter.Essential Functions:*Collaborate directly with customers to tailor communications solutions to their unique requirements.*Assist prime contractors with U.S. Government RFQ/RFP responses for Tactical equipment.*Review technical configurations for accuracy and recommend alternative products when necessary.*Coordinate material asset requisitions for field teams.*Provide technical guidance to end-users and system integrators.*Organize and initiate product demonstrations.*Maintain product forecast accuracy to effectively drive factory demand.*Support Program Managers in the delivery of major program initiatives as needed.Qualifications:*Bachelor"s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.Preferred Additional Skills:*Experience in a sales or customer-facing role.*U.S. Military experience.*Knowledge of L3Harris Tactical products and/or RF communications.*Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
