Pay $55-58/hour Blaine, MN Speech Language Pathologist Long-Term Substitute Full-Time Early Childhood Ages 3-5 2026-2027 School Year
Position Details

- Long-Term Substitute (August-November)
- Early Childhood Caseload
- Blaine, MN area
- In-person, full-time (37.5 paid hours/week)
- Must have active PELSB SLP license
- Must pass drug screening and background check

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist for the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year in the Blaine, MN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
- Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
