Job Description

Key Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure for SLP practice
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Record of ethical, organized, and timely documentation
Main Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow educators and staff to support student goals
• Gather pertinent student details, document progress, and maintain detailed records
• Participate in meetings and share student updates and progress with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and present relevant information to school leadership and stakeholders as needed
