Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hamtramck, MI

Qualifications:
• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively serve diverse student needs in an elementary population
• Commitment through the duration of the contract

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans for speech and language disorders
• Provide direct therapy and monitor progress for a caseload of 30-40 elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school district policies
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and help design student goals
• Deliver therapy in compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards

Position Details:
• Contract position through June 18, 2027
• 32.5 hours per week, onsite at a local elementary school
