Job Description

The Solutions Advocate is the face, voice, and online presence of the company. Greeting clients and staff with an enthusiastic smile, answering calls, scheduling treatment sessions, assisting in the main office organization, and other office duties will be required. This position requires maturity and sensitivity to clients experiencing crisis and hardship in their lives and relationships. A successful Solutions Advocate will demonstrate the ability to address clients with kindness, respect, and a calm welcoming demeanor, free of judgment or bias. Professionalism, sensitivity and confidentiality are top priority.

Full- Time Employee Hours:


- Regular Work Hours
- Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30
- Friday: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Coordinate hours with other Solutions Advocate to ensure that we have coverage when they're out when possible.






DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with scheduling intake appointments.

2. Provide general administrative support to BATT staff. (Although Solutions Advocates may assist with basic tasks, such as relaying client phone messages, they do not work for the therapists and are not their “assistants.”)

3. Verifying client insurance benefits.

4. Assist with the processing of client transactions, paperwork, and insurance claims. May be asked to assist with the processing of billing from time to time.

5. Contribute to SEO- Contribute to marketing efforts, track social media engagement, create and schedule engaging, on-brand content across platforms daily. Provide Dr. Paulk with reports on a monthly basis tracking our ADs and SEO metrics to help guide content strategy.

6. Maintain Psychology Today for therapists.

7. Call and manage the declined credit card report.

8. Manage the waitlist daily.

9. Manage the call log daily.

10. Manage the open appointments spreadsheet.

11. Keep the lobby clean and tidy at all times.

12.. Complete additional duties and responsibilities as required.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

1. Able to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly to keep up with demand and changes.

2. Excellent phone etiquette, written skills, and verbal skills to communicate effectively.

3. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and openness to diverse cultures, and genders.

4. Maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

5. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure for the needs of clients, therapists, and staff needs.

6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment while contributing to a positive work culture.

7. Demonstrate superb organizational skills, the ability to move from task to task easily, prioritize assignments effectively, and the ability to ask for help when needed.

8. Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to use an EMR/EHR for clinical documentation.

9. Uphold BATT's reputation by exhibiting a professional, confident and grounded appearance and attitude during interactions with clients, colleagues and professionals.

10. Canva, Video Editing experience.

Pay- $15-$17 hourly
