Social Worker - Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Social Services – MSW

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts, from 08:00 to 16:30. Weekend requirement: every other weekend in rotation, 2 weekends in a 4-week period.

Assignment Details: Contract length: Not specified. Average daily census: up to 22-25 patients.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• No call required.
• No float assignments.
• RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive social services and support to patients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Facilitate discharge planning and resources for patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of social work services provided.
