Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager/Content Creator role based in Boca Raton, FL. The role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase the brand’s services, atmosphere, and client experience. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions and posts, creating short-form video and image content, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The Social Media Manager/Content Creator will monitor analytics, respond to comments and messages, collaborate with clinical and front-desk teams to capture real-time content, and support campaigns and promotions. This role works closely with leadership to maintain brand voice, ensure consistent messaging, and uphold high-quality standards for all digital communication.

Qualifications


- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across key platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills for clear, compelling, and on-brand messaging.
- Experience creating visual and video content for social media, including basic photography, short-form video, and use of editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, insights, and reporting to guide content decisions and measure performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content calendars, multiple platforms, and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in a clinical aesthetic environment and collaborating with diverse team members.
- Prior experience in aesthetic medicine, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred but not required.
- High attention to detail, professional online etiquette, and commitment to client privacy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
