Position Details:

ServiceNow GRC Engineer-Remote-Austin TX

Location : Texas- fully Remote

Project Duration : 18 months (Contract to Hire)

Pay Rate : $60 - $65/hr on W2





Job Description:

ServiceNow GRC Engineer


- The ServiceNow GRC Engineer will be responsible for configuring, implementing, supporting, and optimizing ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions to support enterprise governance, risk, compliance, audit, and policy management initiatives.
- The role will work closely with business stakeholders, platform teams, and support teams to automate workflows, enhance platform capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ongoing operational excellence.


Functional Area Experience / Skills Required:


- 4–6 years of IT experience with at least 3 years supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Audit, Security, or Risk Management programs.
- Strong understanding of Risk Management, Policy Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Control Frameworks, and risk assessment processes.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting enterprise governance, audit, and compliance initiatives.


Technical Skills / Systems Experience Required:


- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Reporting & Dashboards, and Update Sets.
- Experience configuring and supporting Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management solutions.
- Knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, Production Support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and integration support within ServiceNow environments.


Mandatory Skills:


- Hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC expertise
- Strong knowledge of GRC processes and frameworks
- Experience in operational support and platform maintenance
- ServiceNow IRM/GRC
- Risk Management,
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Audit Management,
- Vendor Risk Management solutions.
- Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Reporting & Dashboards, and Update Sets.
