HIRING: Service Superintendent – Commercial Roofing

Location: Austin, TX

Type: Direct Hire In-Field Daily





Note: Relocation will be provided





Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial roofing service crews and multiple job sites

• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment & logistics

• Ensure OSHA safety, quality, and schedule compliance

• Communicate with customers, inspectors, and project teams

• Inspect work, resolve field issues, and document daily progress

• Train and mentor crew members and foremen





Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of commercial roofing/construction field supervision

✅ Strong commercial roofing systems & installation knowledge

✅ Leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to read blueprints/project specifications

✅ OSHA knowledge; OSHA 30 preferred

✅ Valid Driver’s License

✅ Must pass MVR, background/fingerprinting & drug screening





Travel: Daily field travel from Greater Austin to the Rio Grande area; occasional overnight travel





Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — No sponsorship available

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred!
