Service Manager Field Operations Leader

Service Manager to oversee field operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence across multiple service lines.





This role is ideal for leaders with experience managing technicians, route-based operations, field service teams, lawn care, pest control, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities services, or similar service-focused organizations.





What You'll Do





Lead & Develop Teams


- Recruit, hire, coach, and develop field technicians and supervisors
- Build a culture focused on accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth and advancement
- Ensure teams maintain all required certifications, licenses, and training
- Manage staffing levels to meet seasonal and operational demands






Drive Operational Excellence


- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, routing, and workforce planning
- Monitor productivity, service quality, and technician performance
- Conduct field audits and site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage equipment, fleet, inventory, and department resources






What We're Looking For


- 3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians, service crews, or field employees
- Strong background in daily operations, production management, and workforce planning
- Experience with routing, scheduling, labor management, and KPI-driven performance
- Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop successful teams
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly
- Experience managing budgets, productivity, and operational performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
