Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders in the oncology community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of goals and objectives.
Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the oncology market.
Lead and participate in educational initiatives and programs to raise awareness and understanding of Bristol-Myers Squibb's oncology products.
Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure a deep understanding of the oncology portfolio and how to effectively communicate its value to healthcare professionals.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform future strategies and decision-making.
Represent Bristol-Myers Squibb at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote the company's oncology portfolio and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
Continuously assess and improve upon processes and procedures related to oncology product development, launch, and commercialization.
Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
