Investigate cellular signaling pathways and regulatory mechanisms in cancer. Utilize systems biology approaches to identify predictive biomarkers for cancer treatment response. Collaborate with experimental biologists to design validation experiments and interpret results. Develop predictive computational models for drug efficacy and resistance mechanisms. Contribute to grant writing and secure funding for research projects. Publish research findings in high-impact scientific journals and present at international conferences. Mentor junior scientists and foster a collaborative research atmosphere. Requirements Ph.D. in Systems Biology, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 6 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in systems biology, with a focus on cancer research. Demonstrated expertise in mathematical modeling, network analysis, and computational simulation. Strong understanding of cancer biology, immunology, and molecular signaling pathways. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB, or similar. Experience with large-scale biological data analysis and interpretation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
