Mandatory


- Strong Python, without an AI assistant doing the thinking. We test this in the first round.
- Early-stage or high-growth startup experience. Founder or founding engineer is ideal.
- Projects you owned end to end — found the problem, built it, then watched whether it worked.
- React/TypeScript and Postgres. A front-end lean is a plus.
- In the office five days a week. Not hybrid. Not becoming hybrid.

You've built internal AI tooling, company-specific harnesses, or local model hosting. Especially against regulated data.
