Seeking a Senior Radiation Therapist to assist in delivering high-quality radiation oncology care.
Responsibilities include ensuring patient care flow, identifying and resolving patient issues, and supervising colleagues and students.
Requires collaboration across departments, with minimal supervision, and a focus on patient-centered care.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, California Therapeutic or Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification, National Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy, and at least 2 years of clinical Radiation Therapy experience.
Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced Radiation Oncology department.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, teaching, and supervisory abilities.
